About Us
Splendid’s current owners are Jim, Norie & Nikki Bregman. Jim has owned three prior boats (Theidies, a SeaRanger 42, Resolute, a Dufour 27, and Alele, a 28′ Bristol Channel Cutter), Norie has owned two (Resolute and Alele), and Nikki one (Firefly, a Bauer 10). Jim & Norie lived on Alele for 3 1/2 years during which time they traveled from Seattle to Florida, stopping in Mexico, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala and Belize. Upon the completion of Splendid’s restoration they plan to move aboard her and head south to parts as yet undetermined.
